All structures are prone to some radon entry.  Condominiums are no exception especially since many condominium units are completely (or partially) at ground level.  Far too often, these dwellings are overlooked as a potential radon health risk for their occupants.  Since radon is a gas that comes from the soil, we consistently find unhealthy levels in these units. Mitigating 100% finished properties is challenging, however, there are many creative solutions that we offer.
