Why At Home Radon

Realtors

Radon Testing is the only way to know if radon levels are high.

Thank you for being an advocate for radon testing with your clients.  We have packed these few pages with lots of useful information that we hope you will pass along to your clients.

As you know, too many times, homeowners learn about radon for the first time during the home buying process.  As a real estate professional you are in a unique position to help people understand the real health risks of radon and encourage your clients to always test for radon.  The EPA estimates that 1/3 of the homes in the tri-state test high for radon.  This is a staggering statistic.

You also know that this topic is not always easy to explain.  That is why we have developed helpful tools to assist you in educating your clients about the risks of radon, testing, and mitigation. Please contact our office for our Realtor Radon Kit, which includes our Easy Guide to Radon and the for Buyers and Sellers Guide to Radon to give to your clients. (Or you can click the link and download them.)

We would love to hear from you for any reason.  Please Click Here for our Contact Form or call us at 513-561-TEST(8378).
